Ajay Devgn On Audience Behavior: Actor Ajay Devgn has recently shared his thoughts on evolving audience dynamics in Indian cinema. The actor believes that today’s audience is more perceptive and less pardoning of any mistakes, which makes it even more rigorous for novices to enter and sustain in Bollywood.
What has changed in the Industry?
According to Ajay, a significant change that has further increased the level of the Indian film industry is the way audiences receive newcomers. The actor contrasted the earlier audience as more easy going and letting go of blunders. Whereas, the new audience is ready to gun blaze at artists for any mistake.

Ajay Reflects
During the trailer launch of his next film, Azaad, Ajay pointed out a significant shift in film business which was absent when he entered Bollywood, as per Freepress Journal.
He said, “Back in the day, we used to work an learn simultaneously on any film. There was much time and liberty to learn many things. The audience was forgiving, and our mistakes were overlooked. But the audience today is much more aware and unforgiving. That mounts so much expectations on the current crop of actors or the upcoming actors. They have to be prepared and have to deliver from the word go!”
Ajay added, “I think this generation is far more prepared too. One strives to give their their best in the end.”
Ajay also shared that Azaad gave him a chance to shoot with horses, making it memorable and enjoyable. He reminisced and shared there were many shoots with horses in older times.

Ajay is all ready to bring Abhishek Kapoor’s period drama Azaad on the floor, which will also mark the debut of Ajay’s nephew, Aaman Devgn, and Raveena Tandon’s daughter, Rasha Thadani. It also features Diana Penty, who will be essaying the role of Ajay’s love interest, and Mohit Malik.

Produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor, Azaad narrates a heartwarming tale of the invincible bond between humans and animals, discovering themes of love, loyalty, and courage. Set against the backdrop of pre-independence India, the movie follows the journey of 19-year-old Govinda and his extraordinary connection with a remarkable horse. It delves into the complexities of the dacoit and zamindari system. The film is slated to launch on the big screen on January 17.
