boAT had postponed its public share sale plans last year and instead raised ₹500 crore from private investors, among ongoing issues over the label stock market. The Mumbai-based firm had listed its earliest share papers to the markets regulator to raise ₹2,000 crore in January. Although, like various other startups, for instance Droom Technologies and PharmEasy, the firm put its registering ideas citing tough market conditions, on the back burner. The company had announced a revenue in FY22 of approx ₹3,000 crore.
Aman Gupta Speaks On Company Journey

Earlier boAt joined hands with the popular streaming platform Netflix to publicize a wireless headphone in India. The company then released Stream Edition headphones that include boAt Airpodes 411 ANC TWS earphones, boAt Nirvana 751 ANC wireless headphones, and boAt Rockerz 333 Pro neckband style Bluetooth.
