In contemporary times of crisis, such as political instability, pandemic, wars and market volatility, a notable increment is the cyberattacks can be seen round the world. The cybercriminals take benefit of such turmoil and are launching more cyber attacks these days.
The Deputy leader and Cybersecurity partner at EY India “Burgess Cooper” says “The CIOs should prioritize the development of threat prevention practices. This involves measure implementation in preventing attacks and addressing and identifying vulnerabilities in systems. These measures may include use of advanced techniques for security such as XDRs, API security solutions and cloud security tools. This frolic an important part in securing the security of sensitive system and data and maintaining trust of customers and other stakeholders.
Gartner forecasted that the worldwide risk-management and information security has spread to a number of users and will reach billions till 2023. Even, for the past few years there has been a rise of cybersecurity risk along with some economical, social and geo-political challenges. Cybersecurity will continue to be a top priority for many more years with better initiatives and measures.
