The Formula 1 community has come together to send a strong message to “Drive Out” any kind of abuse, both online and at events, including all 20 drivers, Formula 1 CEO and President Stefano Domenicali, and FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem.
The video message, which you can view below, acknowledges that while competition and passion are crucial components of our sport, they may also go too far, leading to verbal and online abuse of spectators, media members, presenters, and drivers.
We are all making it very plain that this behaviour is unacceptable and must stop, and those who do so will not be permitted to participate in our sport.
