Halle Berry Olivier Martinez: Halle Berry has made new allegations against her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, as their custody battle intensifies. The Hollywood actress claims that Martinez conspired with her former nanny to create false reports against her, complicating their ongoing legal dispute over custody of their 11-year-old son, Maceo.
Custody Battle and Allegations
Berry, 58, and Martinez, 58, who divorced in 2015 after two years of marriage, are now embroiled in a contentious fight over legal custody. According to In Touch, Berry accused Martinez of using deceptive tactics, referring to his actions as “smoke in mirrors to distract from his conduct.” In recently filed court documents, Berry objected to Martinez’s request to access her text messages with her former employee, Miryam Haziza, and any non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) involving Miryam or another former employee, Erica Simamora.

Accusations Against Former Employees
Berry claimed that Haziza, who no longer works for her, had conspired with Martinez and Erica to create false narratives. The documents allege that Haziza transmitted information about Maceo’s therapy sessions to Erica, which was then relayed to Martinez. Berry’s lawyer added, “Notably, Ms. Haziza continues to communicate with (Olivier) and his counsel while refusing to engage in non-formal discussions with (Halle’s) counsel regarding the content of her intended testimony at the hearing.” The actress also alleged that Martinez persuaded Erica to contact Maceo’s therapist, interfering with the child’s therapeutic process. This, she argued, is critical to the ongoing custody case.
Martinez Responds to the Complaint
Martinez, however, has dismissed Berry’s complaint as “draconian” and accused her of using her financial advantage to prolong the legal battle. He is requesting $360,000 to fund his legal team, stating that he has had to sell his Rolex and take out a loan to cover his current legal expenses.

Judge to Decide Custody and Legal Claims
The court will soon hear both sides and decide on Berry’s request to strip Martinez of legal custody.
