Manoj Bajpayee The Archies: Manoj Bajpayee is the finest actor of Indian cinemas and has also done Telugu and Tamil language films. He is the recipient of three National Film Awards, six Filmfare Awards, and two Asia Pacific Screen Awards. In 2019, he was awarded India’s fourth-highest civilian honour, the Padma Shri, for his contributions to art.
In recent interview the actor talked about spending time with his daughter Ava Nayla while watching Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies’ starring Shahruk Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan, Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda’s son Agastya Nanda, and Sridevi’s daughter Khushi Kapoor which was released on December 7th last year.
Speaking at a roundtable interview, the actor opened up about spending time with his daughter while watching recently released ‘The Archies‘. “My daughter was watching The Archies and I told her to speak in Hindi as well. Then I asked her how are you liking it so far? She was like, ‘Okay’ and by then I had watched it for 50 minutes. Archies is not a part of my growing up years. My growing-up years included Motu Patlu and Ram Balram. I might have read maybe just one book of Archies and I remember Veronica and Betty,” Bajpayee said.
The actor continued and talked about how his daughter scolds him for spending time with family. “You are not giving family time, papa. Every time I start scolding her, she scolds me in return,” Bajpayee added. Talking about the work front, Manoj Bajpayee’s crime series ‘Killer Soup’ is set to be released on January 11th. Actress Konkona Sen Sharma is also in lead role.
