Nushrratt Bharuccha, an actress who appeared in Janjit Mein Jaari, opened up about the moment she first learned about condoms. The actress plays a condom saleswoman in the movie, which has already attracted a lot of interest.
She discussed obtaining sex education in school, when she first learned about “condoms,” in a recent interview. She also mentioned how she bought her first condom she said. “I think it was in college, But it actually was a dare. And with all fairness, it came upon me. I don’t think I ever realized how taboo the word is. when you go to a chemist and you are actually there and when you say condom everybody turns around and looks at you like. You kill somebody.”
She also mentioned that when her parents had discussed it with her, she responded at the time exactly like any other adolescent. She said, “I think I was lucky as in school they started teaching us this chapter about biology and sex education. The conversation was happening in school which is something that doesn’t happen in many schools. I think I was just lucky enough to be on the right side of the coin. So, the school first introduced me to this.”
Regarding Janhit Mein Jaari, it released in theatres on June 10. Anud Singh Dhaka makes his Bollywood debut in the Jai Basantu Singh-directed movie.
