Narendra Modi Teases Saif Ali Khan: Saif Ali Khan recently met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with his family, to invite him to the inauguration of the Raj Kapoor Film Festival. During their meeting, Saif expressed his gratitude towards the PM, stating that he was the first Prime Minister he had ever met. “You are the first Prime Minister that I have met. You have spoken to me while looking into my eyes and met me twice. Your energy is so good and you work so hard. I want to congratulate you in whatever you do,” Saif said, appreciating PM Modi’s personal approach and hard work. He further added, “Thank you for opening your doors and meeting us and for being so accessible to us.”

PM Modi’s Wish to Meet Taimur and Jeh
During the interaction, PM Modi lightheartedly teased Saif, expressing his wish to meet his children, Taimur and Jeh. Laughing, PM Modi said, “I have met your father and I thought today I would get to meet the third generation as well. But you didn’t bring them.” Kareena Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor, who were also present, joined in, expressing their desire to bring the children along. Although PM Modi couldn’t meet Taimur and Jeh, Kareena later shared a picture showing that she got an autograph from the PM for her children.

About the Raj Kapoor Film Festival
The Kapoor family’s visit also highlighted the upcoming Raj Kapoor Film Festival, set to celebrate the legendary actor-director’s 100th birth anniversary. The festival, scheduled from December 13 to December 15, will feature the restored versions of 10 classic films from Raj Kapoor’s repertoire, including Mera Naam Joker, Sangam, Ram Teri Ganga Maili, and Aag. The screenings will take place at PVR-Inox and Cinepolis theaters in Mumbai, with tickets priced at ₹100.
