Missing a Big Moment in Lara’s Life
Varun revealed that Lara has just started eating solid food, but unfortunately, he missed seeing it happen for the first time. He said, “My baby just started eating solid food, and Natasha sent me a video of it. I was so upset that couldn’t witness that first time”
Varun expressed how his busy schedule has kept him form spending as much time with Lara as he would like.
Varun Called Natasha ‘Super Mom’
Speaking about his wife Natasha, Varun said, “My wife is scarier. A woman has more protective instinct after childbirth. For me, she is the superhero, and I’m learning from her.”
Varun shares parenting duties with Natasha, including tasks like changing diapers. On this, he quipped, “I was already trained in it because of my dog Joey.”
How Fatherhood was transformative
In an earlier conversation with PTI, Varun reflected on how becoming a father has changed his perspective. He shared, “Being a father, especially to a daughter, is transformative experience. It changes your perspective. When i became a father, I recalled my mother’s teaching and realized how i could be ever rude to her after seeing how my wife, Natasha Dalal, cares for our daughter. It’s been a crazy and wonderful journey.”
Dhawan’s Upcoming Projects
On the professional front, Varun Dhawan is gearing up for the release of his next film, Baby John, an adaptation of Atlee‘s 2016 Tamil blockbuster Theri. In the movie, Varun plays a triple- faceted role- a police officer, a father, and a romantic lead.
The trailer has already generated excitement, showcasing Varun’s range as an actor and teasing a surprise cameo by Salman Khan. The film also stars Jacki Shroff as the antagonist, alongside Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi.
