Lawsuit Accuses Jolie of Stalking and Witchcraft
The woman claims that Jolie has been harassing her through various individuals, alleging that the actress conducted witchcraft and even fantasized about murder. The lawsuit states that Jolie’s actions have caused the plaintiff to experience hallucinations and delusions linked to schizophrenia. The woman also accuses the Hollywood star of aiding a child trafficker and committing other related crimes. According to court documents, she describes Jolie as “mentally deranged” and claims that the actress “opposes herself to be in relation to me, when she clearly isn’t.”

Woman Requests Legal Fees and Restraining Order
In addition to seeking a restraining order, the anonymous woman is requesting that Jolie cover her legal fees, totaling $300. The case was filed on October 9th, though the outcome of the hearing remains unknown. The lawsuit further alleges that Jolie has been involved in “unlawful acts for trafficking” and accuses the actress of murdering “other people’s child.” The plaintiff cites her father as a witness who reportedly observed some of these alleged behaviors.
Jolie’s Past Comments on Witchcraft and Independence
Jolie, currently embroiled in a legal battle over a winery estate with ex-husband Brad Pitt, has not publicly responded to the lawsuit. However, in a 2017 piece for Elle, Jolie reflected on the historical accusations of witchcraft against women, stating, “Women could be accused of witchcraft for having an independent sex life, for speaking their mind on politics or religion, or for dressing differently. Had I lived in earlier times, I could have been burnt at the stake many times over for simply being myself.”
